Sports massage is designed to address injury prevention and muscular and mental recovery for both casual and professional athletes. This massage is made up of specific techniques such as: friction , kneading , smoothing, percussion , vibration and stretching. It helps reduce muscle aches, relieve cramps, reduce feelings of fatigue, treat micro-lesions and eliminate toxins.
