Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a complementary therapy that uses suction cups placed on the skin for several seconds or minutes to create suction. The technique can be practiced both statically and dynamically. Placed on specific areas of the body, the cups promise to relieve a wide range of ailments. This therapy produces intense muscle relaxation and recovery, skin firming, activation of blood and lymphatic circulation, release of accumulated toxins, and ultimately relief from chronic pain, cramps, and aches.
